Thank you!

Here you go!
Two things though:
1) They make BIG cookies. I make it on two trays.
2) If you make them, they'll be gone within one day. Just be forewarned
I also have other healthy whole wheat type recipes if you need any.
1.5 cup quick oats
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp each: cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder
1 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla or vanilla sugar
1 cup demerara (brown sugar). You can also add molassess or silan/date syrup. Or dark brown sugar. I do like half light brown and half dark brown sugar, but I've also done the whole cup of light brown and added some silan syrup. (never saw molasses here in EY) Or you can stick with just the one cup of light brown sugar and zehu.
You can also add chocoloate chips and/or craisins after you mix all the other ingredients.
10-12 min at 350 F/180 C, makes about 16 (big) cookies.
ENJOY!!!!

Can you clarify what you mean? You mean to do 1 cup syrup instead of the sugar?

I don't know, I've never used that. It might make the cookies stickier. You could always give it a try!
