My husband, me and our baby want to spend a few days in amsterdam in december.
Any tips what to do, where to eat or where to stay?
Are there kosher bakeries, and what about a kosherlist?
Thank you so much for your help

Amsterdam used to be a beautiful, amazing place 20 years ago. Now it's completely full of Arabs, and I wouldn't feel safe as a Jew traveling there. Personally, I wouldn't spend my money in such an anti-Semitic country. It's sad, really.
If you do go, make sure you know where the Red Light District is, and stay FAR away from it. Prostitution is legal and VERY out in the open there.

^^ that.
Last time I went though it was stil lthe good ole times and we loved it.
If you avoid the znus and weed culture, it's a lovely place per se. You can google their list, and they have this GREAT kashrus rabbi, rav Eliezer Wolff, EUROPEAN charedi who makes a very extended list of kashrus and is very helpful even to contact. Gotta luv him.
