My husband is scheduled to travel to Las Vegas for business in January. What should I expect? It's the first time for us.
All I know about it is that it's Sin City... And that scares me.
Has anyone been there for business show and can offer tips or advice?

It's like a conference where all vendors of a specific industry display their products.

Vegas is a huge trade show city. Many people go there for all kinds of trade shows all the time.
Unless there is a specific reason to suspect something, please be trusting of your dh.

Let's just say I have reason.
My question is what can I expect there. I'm from a very sheltered town... I'm nervous for what to expect.
What's it like there?

Big casinos, big hotels, shows some clean some not that you choose to see or not. You can go and not touch a gamble machine, too. Weather is awfulllll but very nice vacay. There are K restaurants.

Vegas has beautiful hotels with Casinos. Unless you are concerned that you will throw away your money, it's mainly fascinating to watch other people throwing their money away and visit the beautiful hotels. I suggest visiting the Wynn and Venetian.
It could be called the city of sin but if you don't want to sin - noone is going to force you to!

Of course no one will force me to sin lol... I'm wondering about the temptations to sin.
I'm only joining my husband to not stay up at night back home worrying about his fidelity.
He has an abysmal track record.
I am not a gambler, and I would not enjoy watching others throw their money away.

There are many attractions aimed at families. They are often well priced to encourage your entrance to the casinos to spend money. There are shows and thrill rides. Look up Vegas for families.
