recenlty I was in a supermarket , and the manager put out
old chanukah gelt and chanukah candles .

my sister called my from a grocery store erev pesach ... she was afraid to leave cause they put out their leftover purim stuff next to the pesach stuff calling it wonderful holiday goodies ... she actually stopped a few people from buying it and called the manager and got really upset ... thank g-d that they moved the table ... the chutzpa ...

it's really unfair, you have to check every single product, even on the pesach shelves . . .

round RH time our local supermarket had a huge display of matzoh, borscht and gefilte fish. I guess what they don't sell over pesach they keep in the warehouse and bring it back for RH. (They used to sell it after pesach for half price, but no more.)

My mother once walked into a supermarket and noticed that they had run out of Pesach matzah, so they had filled their display with chametzdik matzah!!! I don't think they meant to be evil - they just didn't realize the problem. My mother spoke to the manager and they moved it away from the Pesach display.
