I want to wear my sheital in the airport and also when arriving at my destination but on the plane I want to take it off.
how should I go about this.
do I shlep my shaitel box as one of carry ons(empty)
what do all you people do?

I have put mine in a shoebox with a lot of paper to hold the shape. Came out extremely well but you have to shlep the empty box. Best is, though, to wear it until you arrive.

can't wear it the whole way.
its a transatlantic flight+ a stop over and plane switch. I'll go crazy.

I'm low Maintenence. Toss it in a shopping bag. Brush it out before you put it back on. My wig is very good and expensive and can take it just fine. Can't Imagine shlepping an empty box
