My husband just came home with medium size eggs. He said that's all the store had. I usually use extra large eggs in my cooking/baking. How many medium eggs equals one extra large? Will this make a difference in my Pesach chocolate chip cookies or potato kugels?

You should be aware that standard recipes mean "large" eggs, not XL, unless they specify size.
