What's your milichig cake?

Sounds like a weird question? Yeah, I guess!! Anywho, for me a milichig cake means, cheese...yum!!! They do have cheesecake in this country, but here, it means dulce de leche. Someone who is going to come to us for a meal brought a milichig cake yesterday and it was regular cake with dulce de leche cream and topping. I didn't taste it, but I have before and they're so sweet!!!

What's it for you, milk in it, made with butter, cheese, dulce de leche Wink ?

I make 2 square 8x8 pans with this recipe. Bake at 350 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

If I really wanted to take milchig cake literally I would make pastel de tres leches Smile But that is also sweet.

I married an Englishman so for us it would be a sponge cake with fruit and cream.
