BTW, I live OOT, and I think I raised my kids in an especially wholesome corner of OOT, but I probably should have started dressing my kids better at a younger age. They survived though.
But yeah, there's been a generational shift. People aren't happy to settle with a lot of things they used to, whether it comes to cars, houses, and much more. Why has that changed? That's an interesting question. If Fox is following this, I'll be she'll come up with an incisive answer.

I have to think about this. Honestly, I think we did ok. My kids don't seem to have lasting scars. So maybe I wouldn't change things.
But also, don't extrapolate from my experience. My oldest might be nearly a generation older than yours. Even 10 or 15 years is like a whole generation (or two, things move so fast).
If any of my kids are here, feel free to go amother and chime in.
