I am looking to move to either Lawrence, Cedarhurst or Woodmere. Can you please describe me the difference of crowds living there. Also, I noticed Cedarhurst homes are very different in size and they totally change in a blocks radius. How do I know the difference of neighborhoods in Cedarhurst. I know I don't want to live on the Cedar Bay Park side of Cedarhurst or Woodmere. Also, what does a nice home cost in these areas. I am looking for something larger then a start up home.
