thoughts on freezing mousse? I was thinking of preparing and freezing a chocolate mousse and or a cheesecake mousse, but my husband doesn't think it would freeze well. Does anyone have any experience with freezing mousses, good or bad? If it changes anything, I want to freeze it in mini cups

I froze a mousse cake (cake made from mousse mixture+ raw mousse) successfully. I see no reason why it shouldn't work in individual cups.

I always freeze mousse. Didn't know there was another way. Take it out ten to fifteen before serving
