Made this last week, it came out delicious.

I used regular mustard and pancake syrup instead of pure maple syrup. Honey instead of silan and jellied cranberry sauce instead of whole berry.

I sure hope so, mine's in the freezer. In the recipe it says how to freeze it.

" Note: Refrigerate roast overnight without the gravy. Slice the next day when it has sufficiently cooled. Pour sauce over meat before heating. You can freeze the meat already sliced with just a bit of gravy and freeze the rest of the gravy separately in a container.
