Yes, was going to suggest a recipe that uses silken tofu. Levana has one, and there are others online like the link above.

Nobody ever figures out that it's tofu!! Just make sure it's "silken" tofu, and not any other kind.

Here's how to make chocolate mousse with science and without eggs. Only three ingredients (the whipped cream is optional). Maybe just two, because the ice cubes don't go into the mousse.
