which blade do you use for the food processor?

Use a thin slicing blade -- mine comes with 2 mm, 4 mm & 6 mm blades -- I'd probably use the 4 mm one (maybe 2 mm).

I found that this was delicious fresh but did not taste so good when reheated. since it makes a lot I would split it into smaller containers if ur not a large family...

Can you make this for Shabbos day or is it too much liquid?

2 T margarine
4 T oil
1/2 cup flour
2 onions, chopped
1/2 cup mayo
3/4 tsp salt
3.5 cups water + 2 T onion mix
5 large potatoes
paprika and black pepper

This was fantastic! To speed up the process a bit, I first cooked the mixture, with the potatoes, on the stove. I then put it in the oven to make it crispy. Thanks!

My guess is no, definitely not for red or yellow potatoes. But I would anyway.

Bumping to ask:

Do you think I can make this tomorrow (Wednesday), refrigerate it raw, and put it in the oven on YT - Friday morning two hours before my meal? Or would the potatoes turn dark brown?
