Zucchini bake which I believe is in Jamie Geller's cookbook. It is under an interesting name with no picture. It is basically zucchini, cottage cheese, eggs, and muenster. Yum!

Dining in has a very good cheese blintzes recipe the filling is cottage cheese & cream cheese. It's yum.

Dairy Ceasar Salad (from Binah Magazine , many years ago by Estee Kafra)
It has garlic, cider vinegar, salt, cottage cheese and a bit of water and oil and I cant recall what else...the ingredients are blended together with a hand blender turning it into a thick and creamy dressing....the salad ingredients are salad greens such as romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes big ceasar croutons, Shredded cheddar cheese and fresh mushroom slices...happens to be a delicious salad bursting with flavor .
