About how many pounds of chicken cutlets would be enough? I would like to make a soup, main, 2 sides, and cake. Want there to be enough for boys that may be on the streets and hungry.

About 1 cutlet (big piece) per boy, plus a few extra in case someone needs seconds etc.

I would say 10-12 lbs of chicken. you will probably have leftovers but I would prefer to have extra and not run out.

You would usually need 12.5 pounds of cutlets for 25 adults but I'd probably put something else out too for hungry boys. Maybe grilled hot dogs and buns as an extra. If not, go with about 18 pounds.

I'd agree with 2 guys per pound. Remember I's after soup, I'd put rolls out with chummus/dips and then soup then main with 2 sides...so you have a lot!
12.5 pounds sounds right!

Thanks everyone!! I like the idea of buns, costco has these dinner rolls, like baguettes and I can make those into garlic bread.
