I have been using ynab. they have a 34 day trial and then would have to purchase the software ($60) but it is totally wort it in my opinion. you can pm me for info or questions

The only free one I know of is mint. Are there others? I hear ynab is worth the upgrade but haven't tried it yet. Mint has been helpful to a point. The website is more robust than the app, I use both to supplement each other

Tho if you don't wamt to pay for ynab, it may be worth doing the trial and then applying the rules to mint. (or your own spreadsheet) afterwards.

YNAB is amazing. You can get a code for 10% off from a user. It's saved us the $54 many times over since I've started using it.
