I asked for 2 cream cheeses on my fax grocery order and they sent Tofutti.
Gam Zu L'Tova...maybe I'll serve it for dessert after a fleishig meal.
But.......anyone have the recipe for the cheese cake?
Thank you in advance!

I have two, this is the one I found quickly.
(The other recipe uses 1 Tofutti Sour Supreme, in addition to the below ingredients and yields a slightly softer cheesecake. Both are excellent).
2 pkgs. Toffutti Cream Cheese
1 egg
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tblsp. Flour
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Combine all in processor or blender, and pour into ready pie shell, OR over about 10 crushed cookies and 1 TBLSP. margarine OR oil. If I use the latter I put the crumbs and margarine into the oven for 5- 10 minutes, in the pans, and let cool before pouring in mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes, or until sides are firm and center still jiggles.
Refrigerate and serve.

I don't have the sour cream, so I just made the regular cream cheese one. THanks!
