How old? Some of the ones mentioned above seem beyond toddler to me. for younger toddlers there's a series of books with the titles "what do you see..." (what do you see on Pesach, on Shabbos, etc) that are nice. There's also one about jobs, if only I could remember what it's called - maybe "what's my job?"
Overlapping or older toddlers we liked the "I go to" series - I go to school, I go to shul, I go to the doctor, etc. Nicely done, perfect for the target age, and it's sweet how they put a Jewish spin on things like we go to the doctor and also daven to Hashem to make us well, and the school day includes davening and brachos.
My kids also enjoyed this holiday lift-the-flap series by Joan Holub (titles are all different) where I had to slightly "kasher" some tiny details to fit my views better but the books were adorable. We have a Hannukah, Passover, and Rosh Hashanah version. There may be more too.

I think Who am I? might be the one I was thinking of with different jobs. If that helps clarify anything. Very nice toddler book.
I don't know about you, but I consider toddler age 1-3 and I think many of the story books being mentioned here are better appreciated around 4-6, such as Yossi and Laibel, Mimmy and Simmy, etc. Would go over the heads and possibly attention spans of most 1-3 year olds.
