Looking for info on Perel Abramowitz's self-parenting classes. Are they in-person only or can you take them via phone or whatever? How much do they cost?

Are the self-parenting classes for the mom herself to overcome her own childhood and learn to to parent herself?
Or is it another parenting class?

It's about learning to parent yourself- as you said. Not a parenting class..
