Need a dessert but it can't have corn- so corn syrup/ corn oil etc. It can't have soy so no soybean oil which means no margarine or crisco and no nuts. I found a chocolate cookie recipe that fills the bill, but need one more dessert-preferably bars or cookies- ideas please....

and also- I can't do chocolate chips because I see the ones I have contain soy!

I can't find the version I've used but this looks very similar. I remember the one I've used calls for 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup cocoa. The version I've made comes out very moist- no one believes it's vegan! And you can use whatever oil- I've probably used canola.
