I made turkey for one of my Shavuos meals, and I have a lot left over. does anyone have a recipe for left over turkey? I was thinking of putting it together with veg. and make a "stir fry".any ideas???

or you could make a turkey salad ... mayo... onions spices ... make sandwiches ...
the stir fry sounds good too ... just put whatever veggies you like into a pan with olive oil spices maybe some soysauce garlic and onions ... and you are set ... serve it over rice

My father would make turkey moussaka. He'd make a rattetoui type thing with eggplant, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, etc... and cook it with turkey peices in it, and sometimes add hot dog chunks (not neccesary). And serve it over spaghetti. It was always really yummy...
