If you still need it here is one. I got it from a friend:

3 cups flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup canola oil
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into small cubes
cinnamon
1 can strawberry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, make the streusel crumbs by combining the flour, sugar, vanilla, oil, egg, and baking powder. Mix with the tips of your fingers until it forms crumbs.

Sprinkle 1/3 of the crumbs on the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Top with all the cubed apples. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Top with another 1/3 of the crumbs. Then pour the pie filling over the crumbs. Top with the rest of the crumbs and bake for an hour.

You can also make it in 2 square pans (and freeze one). Bake uncovered or at least uncovered for the first while. Enjoy Smile
