Are there any tips I should know about reheating bourekas? For example if I make them during the week and want them warm for Friday night... can I just put them on the hot plate with everything else? Should I leave them uncovered so the heat can escape and not make them soggy? Etc.
Thanks in advance!

Exactly as you said. Don't cover so they don't get soggy. The dough may yield some oil so you may want to put paper towels between foil and brekasim. I usually flip them so that they heat evenly.

The bottom sometimes burns, so either flip them like Mrs. Bissli suggested, or put them on an upside-down pan and not directly on the hot plate.
