Are you indeed in Montreal? Lollypop has a huge selection (and some great deals in the liquidation department!). Pompomme on Parc Ave has a special teen collection called Tessori. Very beautiful clothes.

When it comes to finding tznius clothing for tweens, you need to think outside the box.
I don't know what size your DD is, but my DD really likes shopping in Women's Petites sections of stores. It makes her feel very grown up. A skirt that hits above the knee on an adult will fit nicely below the knee on a short 12yo, and look very nice. Mix it up with a trendy t-shirt so she doesn't look overdone, and it can be very cute.
