I med size garlic for every tomato. oil, salt, dash of pepper. blend in blender or processor.

1 large onion, a few cloves of garlic, 4 tomatoes. chop and sautee onion and garlic, add chopped tomatoes and salt, keep cooking on low for about an hour

Any one else make a tomato dip that they like?

For every vine ripe tomato, I put in 1 small garlic, salt, about a 1/4 cup oil, dash of crushed red pepper, and a spoonful of sliced chili peppers including the juice. Blend in the container with an immersion blender.

One garlic clove per tomato. blend. Add salt and pepper to taste (I don't add any oil).

Place 2 overripe tomatoes and 2 garlic cloves in the food processor and process (1/2 jalapeño pepper, optional). Drizzle in about 2 tablespoons olive oil slowwwly (if you have a hard time with this, you can put a plastic cup of olive oil in the feeder with a tiny hole pierced on the bottom and let it drip on slowly) until thick and emulsified. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8 tomatoes on the vine, 4 garlic, 1 Tbsp salt, 1/2 c oil, 1 Tbsp ketchup and 1 Tbsp parsley. Blend.
