I don't know about the middle link but the navy ones are really pretty and yes definitely can be dressed up.

They are all very nice.
The last one - the sole may be a problem. I bought a similar pair last year and the shoe was not water proof. When it got we the bottom became sticky.
The top 2 had a much better sole.

I love wearing espadrilles, even on shabbos. I try not to spend too much on them since they don't last me (even the expensive ones). Also, be sure never to wear them in the rain.
