I think trying to increase your breast size is a marketing gimmick like men trying to increase the size of their *****. You just have to accept how Gd made you however frustrating it may be.
Try the good push up bra for dh, if you feel confident Im sure he'll reciprocate.

Actually, some ppl refer to the bra inserts as cutlets, not sure why.

You would have to ask your own shaila. I know orthodox women who have had both implants and one who had a reduction....
