Potato blintzes- too salty

I just made a while batch of potato blintzes and they're too salty. Does anyone know of a way to salvage them?

Are they already wrapped? Serve a sauce over them and skip the salt on that.

I was thinking of that. Yes it's all wrapped Sad Any sauce suggestions?

some people like blintzes with sour cream ... that would certainly cut the salt

Yeah but it's for a meat meal Sad And dh doesn't like the parve version. But thx for the suggestion!
