After your spouse 
I'm looking to target new business owners and so I'm wondering is it a lawyer, business couch, marketing company etc. ?

Talk to someone who in in the same or similar business, and pick their brain. Buy them lunch, and ask them to tell you the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Then talk to someone who can help you write up a good, solid business plan.
Once your have a plan in place, then you can start thinking about applying for small business loans.
THEN, get the accountant and the lawyer.
