My 10 week old baby has a terrible red rash all over her face. It started 3 weeks ago with small pimples which I assumed was baby acne. Now it's all rough and red. I'm putting baby oil but it's not helping too much. What a pity she had such nice skin.. Is it allergies? Eczema? How do I know

She may have a staph infection. Take her to the pediatrician.
