Hi I just moved and I am looking for a family doctor and podiatrist in Lakewood or Deal that takes United Health care family plan. Any recommendations really appreciated! TIA

I'm also looking for a new dr. I really don't like where I go now.
But a podiatrist Dr Schultz is very good and it's not hard to get an appointment (732) 367-6611. He's in Jackson right near npgs.

Thank you! Sorry got busy with yom tov! I'll try him! Anyone here have a doctor they can recommend? No idea how to find someone- I tried bikur cholim and echco but they don't know family doctors.... TIA!!

Most doctors in Lakewood are not family practices, but rather pediatrics for kids vs. internal medicine for adults.
I don't know about insurances but I use Dr Shanik's practice (my kids actually see Dr Lapidus lately and really like him) and for myself and DH we see Drs Cohen and Lampell.
I once saw Dr Lancz (podiatrist) in Lakewood and was very happy with the practice.

I have used exactly the same as Chayalle (including seeing Dr Lancz once).
Dr Lempel and Dr Cohen do NOT take my insurance (United Healtcare Oxford but I still use them and pay out of pocket, their pricing is fair).
