Here is my calculation:Little brother was born when big brother would have been 31. He was dead for 30 years at that point. Little brother lived for over a 100 years further. So 100+30=130.Am I missing something?

Ooh, sorry! Reading comprehension! I thought that the younger brother died at age 1 and older brother died at 100. My mistake.

my oldest sil told me that when her mother told her she was expecting #8 when she was 20 years old she almost fainted.
(they are not chassidishe at all)
she said at the time she was soo selfish and was so upset abt and thought it was so irresponsible (lol!) of her parents and that my sil is just gonna more work to do around the house and how will she ever got married!
well fast forward 16 years later- that youngest baby girl turned into the light of their families lives!! she has kept her parents young, and is surprisingly close with her older sibs who live near her.
she helps my sil a ton and is really close to her (14 year old niece!)

The largest gap I know of personally is 20 years. There are 17 years between the mom and the firstborn.
