Toddler has a cough for 3-4 weeks that he can't shake and seems to be getting worse. If he wakes up in middle of the night, t takes a while for him to fall back asleep because of his cough.
Doctor prescribed antibiotics. My toddler is never a good medicine taker but this is just....!!!!! The medication has a weird texture that lingers around in the mouth, so toddler made himself vomit the meds! In so frustrated! No, it does not come in chewable form.
And what a waste of $50.
I don't know what to do!!!!!!!!! Arrrrggghhhh!!!!!

Call the dr and see if there's a substitute that comes in a different form, and/ or call the pharmacist and see if there's a generic that tastes better (or brand name) or cones in a different form.

Maybe try a specialty pharmacy and compound and flavor the medication. Some pharmacies do a better job than others
