I want to buy cholent for shabbos for a kiddush I'm making. I have a blech and I can get a hit plate. I don't have a warmer or a shabbos mode oven. What's the best way to keep store bought cholent in pans hot for shabbos day but not burn it??

Some caterers will lend or rent out a warmer if you're buying food from them.
If not ask a Rav if you can leave your oven on and take the food out shabbos morning. We were allowed to do this when we made a kiddish.

There's also a crockpot gemach that has big crockpots.

Ask rav if u can keep in oven without shabbos mode. There might be ways around it. ESP if there's a [gentile] around? Or put in crock pot with lots of water
