My 6 month old is having a cold and is congested the past few weeks. She also seems to dislike the taste of my dairy materna so I am considering switching formula from dairy to soy. Where should I start?

Always happy with target soy formula. It's cheap enough to try. Be careful when you shake, can get stuck in nipple

Is there no alternative to soy? Years ago, dd couldn't tolerate the dairy starting at around 6 months. I gave soy and regret the fact that I didn't work harder to get approved via insurance for an expensive dairy free soy free formula.
