Warranty issue with a sheitel.

Has anyone bought a prestigio Russian wig and would be willing to contact the seller to get their 6months warrantee in writing. Please? Even a screenshot via phone is sufficient !

1. Can you contact them?
2. Many lines have different warrantee policies for different hairs, colors, styles (straight vs. wavy), etc.

Tried a lot of things with the seller directly so now we are not on speaking terms. I had a lot of issues with the seller because of my bad wig. Finally exchanged wigs but turned out bad too cause I wasn't told it was processed hair. Only found out when tried to get it highlighted. It was a final sale. Never going to contact her again. I only need the warranty policy for my Amex insurance claim to go through.

Can you just contact her through a different phone number and make up a different name?

She would probably recognize me and I'm terrible at lying...feel guilty and just drawing a line at doing that 😏. In need to get someone to do it probably

If the product is faulty, Amex should not require a warranty.
