I assumed that Peppermill folks are the baking experts and the recipes will be great.
Cake is taking forever to bake, getting dark on top, and center feels soggy.
Has anyone tried any of the other recipes on Peppermill.com?

Avanti Countertop oven, and its been pretty reliable for other things.

Those ovens don't work with cakes that rely on whipped egg whites for volume.
