Plain is fine, it's filling enough. But with ice cream is ok too.

Glad to hear it. Just keep them chilled so they don't get really mushy.

why can't you write to make a kallah very happy ... to make an excited kallah very happy ... to make a new kallah very happy ... so many other adjectives rather than poor ... why poor ... poor poor kallah ... that you call her poor instead of seeing all the radiance she possesses ... all the richness that she has with a new chosson ... even all the richness that she has with such a delectable dessert made special for her ...

Made this for Shabbos and it was delicious.
I cut in half the marshmellow fluff and topping (thought it would be too heavy) and it was perfect.
Also, mine baked a lot longer , maybe 40 minutes, not sure.
Either way, it was a hit.

Today I did something that made these look really great. After I made them and chilled them, I cut them up with a round biscuit cutter. They look "fancy". Before anyone says it's a waste with all the edges, they were enjoyed very quickly. No waste.(but maybe a bit of "waist")

Bars shouldn't be made in a bundt pan.

Also, this recipe is usually made on a cookie sheet, a much larger surface than a bundt pan.

you'd never be able to get it out of the bundt it would be raw or burnt ...
think of it like a brownie cake: heavy but cut-able into squares / or circles / or flower shapes if you use the cookie cutters
now I'm in the mood of smores
