I heard Passaic is cheaper, don't know if it will solve any health problems, though.

Pasaic is 15 minutes from L Tunnel

Its basically Manhattan air

Is NYC also too cold for you in the winter? Because 4 hours isn't going to do much, but if you can live with NYC weather, perhaps one of the shore communities might be good for you.
