I made a summer fruit compotte last week for shabbos. One container has been in the fridge all the time. How long can I still use it? Is it too old to freeze now?
anyone know?

Have u added sugar.? Taste it an then freeze it if it tastes ok...I often freeze and defrost, freeze and defrost...etcetc

Cooked compote usually last for a while so should be ok.
