Any recipes with plain yogurt or plain Greek yogurt? Preferably something healthy

Cook lentils and brown rice. Add onions sauteed until brown. Top with plain yogurt.
(If you like the idea, I can try to find amounts. I haven't made it in a long time.)

You can add dried mint , garlic, salt and chopped cucumbers to the yogurt and serve on top of couscous or rice and lentils

Greek yogurt is a great substitute for mayonnaise in tuna salad. I aso like to add diced apples and pecans.

Oh that's a great idea never knew that! I remember seeing a dietetic cheesecake in a past issue of the Mishpacha around shavuous time does anyone have that issue that can post the recipe?

Make a smoothie. Blend with fruits of your choice - frozen strawberries, mango, peaches, bananas, blueberries..... (Add milk or fruit juice for thinner consistency if you like)
