Help! My oven is currently dairy so the potato kugel has to be covered a whole time. What temp and how long should I bake it? It's a 9x13.

Can't you burn out the oven for 20 minutes on hotter temperature than the dairy was cooked? I don't know if e/o holds that way though.
Your kugel won't get crisp - unless you'll heat it uncovered tomorrow.
I have never done that. I'm not sure if it will work. I think I would freeze the whole pan raw and look for a pareve oven tomorrow.

Might be better if you fry it in a pan on the stovetop. I don't think it will come out the way you want if you have to bake it covered...
Good luck!

That might work. I would spray the top of the kugel with Pam or similar (or pour a little oil on it) when you reheat it tomorrow.

It will end up being gray, different consistency.
Do it in w frying pan on the stove.

Ok so the verdict is it looks good consistency and not grey!! I baked it covered due to the late hr and no frying pan bug enough for 5 lbs of potato kugel mixture
