I make my meatballs in a pressure cooker. No eggs. Tomato paste, spices, flour, rice. You could skip the rice if not cooking under pressure.

I've omitted the eggs in the past and it was fine.
I usually put in ketchup, selzer, oatmeal, spices

Ketchup does fine. Don't just put in your normal amount of bread crumbs or whatever, though- adjust by eye and feek.

Like others said, eliminate, but make sure your sauce it hot unless of course you're going to bake it first.
