If you're into pictures how about a photo session. Doesn't have to be anywhere fancy, can be picture people, jcpenny etc. But there's something so sweet about pictures of newborns and you'll have the pictures for years to come.
Another idea, if this is not your first, is a nice toy/game for your older child/children to keep them busy while you take care of baby.

Thank you everyone. I asked for the nursing cover and I think she ordered it. On a diff note, does anyone know a frum place with pics of nursing nightgowns online? For me to possibly get myself...
