Under "new thread"? Click on that, and then you get an option for creating a poll.

I think you have to do it from a desktop site, not a phone

Like the poster below said, I didn’t realize that it’s only on desktop and I’m always in mobile. Just wanted to quote you to say thanks to both of you.

You can do it from a mobile too, just scroll down the option bar to the bottom where it says "switch to full version." Waiting to see your poll...
