He has delegated this task to me. He likes the Lands End winter parka, but they do not make the smalls in tall. He needs a small tall. Hes 36 inches at the chest and 34 at the waist. Long arms. He usually wears Tall, but I dont see any talls in the small parkas.
Any suggestions?

Get a medium tall and have it altered.

He tried a medium tall, it's BIG. It seems a,pain to alter this cuz of the multiple layers.
I was hoping for another brand, one that might have his size.
