I was asked by my neighbor to rent out my 4 bedroom colonial house to nine people for pesach. She said they will basically use it for sleeping and will bring their own linen. How much is fair to ask them to pay for their stay and make it worth it for me to leave it perfectly clean.

Cost of cleaning help to make house ready, whether you actually hire someone or not. You should be compensated for the time you are putting in.
