As we know, every yom tov has its hashpo'os (heavenly influences) that come to the world only at that time of year. One of the hashpo'os of Shavuos is refua (healing). (As we know, all the sick people in Klal Yisroel were healed at Matan Torah.) Rav Elyashiv shlita was asked when is the best time to use this hashpo'o and he said that when the Aseres Hadibros are being read and one is being mekabel the Torah, it's an auspicious time to daven for a refua sheleima for all the cholim one knows.
Yehi ratzon sheyishlach Hashem refua sheleima lechol cholei Am Yisroel.
