Hi!
This is my first yantef I'm making and unsure what I can freeze.
Can I freeze...
Quiche, cheesecake, blintz soufle, creamy potato soup if they are already cooked?

Quiche
Cheesecakes
Blintzes

All freeze well. What else would you like to make ahead of time?

How do you make creamy potato soup?
Quiche and cheesecake I would for sure freeze. I have done that before. Blintz souffle I never froze, did anyone ever try freezing it?
