I have my kids on vouchers, now my daughter is aging out at 13, though she was approved for special needs child care so she should still be covered. However the job center doesn't know how to enroll my daughter into the system. Since she is over 13 an automatic message comes up that she aged out and nobody there knows how to override the system to get her in. Anyone have their kids on vouchers that can help me? We went down numerous times and got fed the same story each time "I don't know how to do it..." and apparently neither does the supervisor.. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
